CAMcare Health Corporation’s Internal Medicine Providers work beside Nurses, Nutritionists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and others to support the many needs of our patients. As part of integrated care, our patients are screened for behavioral health challenges, substance abuse conditions, and family planning needs at each visit. Patients are offered confidential treatment, as appropriate, and given the support to improve health outcomes.

Internal Medicine Services include, but are not limited to: 

• Preventive care 

• Annual check-ups 

• Immunizations  

• Health screenings (cancer, vision, hearing, etc.) 

• Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and diseases

• Clinical maintenance of chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure  

• Referrals to specialists and facilities as needed (therapy and advanced care) 

• On-site Lab Corp services 

• Employee health maintenance 

• Dietary counseling  

• EKG services 

• Allergy injections 

• Same day or next day appointments
